International Shipping

  • We ship to select international countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on location.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes: JerseyKingUK is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to your order. All charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages

  • JerseyKingUK is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
